THE ROOM BETWEEN TWO EARS

MONO / STEREO / ALTERNATING ECHO / HRTF ORBIT / DISTANCE / WIDTH / HOME

One four-note phrase crosses a finite 4:24 listening room and learns six ways of being somewhere. Mono centers it, stereo opens it, alternating echo sends it across the room, a generic HRTF model moves it around the listener, distance changes its air, and width unfolds its sides before every path returns HOME. A human can touch, drag, or use the keyboard; a browser companion can move the same bounded spatial field through the public page API.

The Room Between Two Ears

Open with sound and let the six-part score guide itself, or move the signal through each spatial chapter. Headphones reveal the full orbit; speakers still expose center, pan, echo, distance, and width.
